Licensing

Licensing Model

The Precision Contract System™ is licensed on a controlled, case-by-case basis.

Licensing scope is determined by operational scale, usage footprint, and deployment structure. All licensing requests are individually evaluated.

Annual licensing is the standard model. Limited one-time perpetual licenses may be offered under specific conditions.

Licensing is not publicly offered and may be declined at the sole discretion of Precision Contracts LLC.

Licensing Structure

Licensing is generally aligned to operational scale, including factors such as:

  • Number of technicians
  • Number of service vehicles
  • Geographic footprint
  • Volume of contracts executed
  • Degree of system integration into operation

Additional considerations may include:

  • Multi-location or multi-entity deployment
  • Franchise or sublicensing structures
  • Use across multiple service categories or verticals

Optional Licensing Extensions

(Availability does not imply automatic grant)

  • White-label rights
  • Printer authorization rights
  • Franchise sublicensing
  • Multi-territory deployment
  • Geographic or vertical exclusivity

Access and Eligibility

Licensing is not automatically granted.

Precision Contracts LLC reserves the right to:

  • Approve or decline any applicant
  • Limit scope of use
  • Impose operational conditions
  • Revoke or restrict licensing for misuse or non-compliance
